Kick Boxing
Class is a fast paced cardio workout for anyone interested in mixing up their workout routine. It incorporates various martial art techniques. No martial arts experience is required.
Taught by Marty Murphy, an ISSA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer who holds a 1st degree black belt in Moo Duk Kwan.
Pilates
This class is a unique mind-body class based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. It focuses on strengthening and firming your core muscles.

Russian Martial Arts
Real, practical self-defense based on the Russian disciplines of Sambo and Systema. There are no formal traditions, uniforms, belts, or testing. This is an informal but intense class designed to teach a few basic principles of body mechanics which can be used to defend yourself and others in real world situations.

Taught by Steve Bentz, the only certified Systema instructor in Pennsylvania.
Cardio Sculpt.
Utilizing body movement with exercise balls, dumbbells, isometrics, and plyometrics, the class promotes strength, balance, stability, body strengthening, toning and endurance. Target areas are abdominals, thighs, and other trouble spots.
Class will begin at a beginner level and increase in level as the class progresses.
